Individuals who wish to become members of NCL can do so for an annual membership fee of $75.

• Receive updates on federal actions, policies and funding related to adult education and literacy.
• Network with adult education and literacy colleagues, specifically around advocacy.
• Help shape national advocacy efforts that will support the field of adult education and literacy.
• Invitation to participate in two member meetings per year (spring and fall), with opportunities to interact with Congressional and federal agency staff.
• Invitation to participate in monthly Policy & Issues calls.
• Be involved in various committees to advance the work of NCL.
